Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026
Who this covers
This policy covers this website and the way enquiries submitted through it are handled. Software delivered to clients is governed by the separate agreement made with that client, and by that institution's own privacy policy.
What this site collects
This site collects only what you choose to send:
- Your name, email address and message when you submit the contact form.
- Your email address when you ask to be notified about a product that is not yet released.
There is no advertising network on this site, no cross-site tracking, and no sale of any information to anyone.
How it is used
Enquiries are used to reply to you and to discuss potential work. That is the entire purpose. Your details are not added to a marketing list, and you will not receive unrelated mail.
Contact form delivery
Contact and product-notification submissions are sent directly from the browser to Web3Forms for delivery to the verified email inbox. Web3Forms processes the submitted details as the form-delivery provider; this application does not write submissions or delivery logs to its own files or Git history.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. You can ask for your enquiry to be deleted at any time and it will be removed.
Client systems
In software built for a client — a hospital, a school, a hotel — that institution is the data controller. I act on their instructions, access production data only when required for support or maintenance, and never reuse it for any other purpose.
Your rights
You can ask what has been stored about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Use any contact channel listed on this site and it will be handled.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page.
